  • 1.

    Manx

The Manx is a tail-less breed, and although this can be cute, the same mutation that causes a lack of tail can also cause spinal problems.
  • 2.

    Himalayan

Another hairy pussy cat, the Himalayan requires regular brushing, and is a very pretty cat.
  • 3.

    White Turkish Angora

With pure white fur, just imagine trying to keep the White Turkish Angora clean. It would always be showing up that grime.
  • 4.

    Birman

Not only is the Birman not the sharpest knive in the drawer, but it also has long fur which requires regular brushing.
  • 5.

    Siamese

The Siamese is a chatty breed of cat, so if you like incessant meowing, and a cat that likes to get into things, this breed is for you.
  • 6.

    Munchkin

This cat has teeny weeny short little legs and can't jump very high, so you'll spend your days making sure the Munchkin can get to where it needs to go.

  • 7.

    Burmese

This breed can be reasonably nice, but heaven forbid if they get bored. Say goodbye to your curtains and socks.
  • 8.

The Chincilla is a cat with a high class attitude. Combine that with long fur that needs to be brushed everyday, and you've got one high maintenace pussy cat.
  • 9.

    Peke Faced Persian

The Peke Faced Persian is a cat who looks like it has been a hit by truck. As result, it is prone eye and breathing problems.
  • 10.

    Sphynx

The Sphynx is a regular baldy. Completely hairless, the poor old Sphynx goes unprotected from the extremes of temperatures or sun.
  • 11.

    Ragdoll

The Ragdoll is floppy when handled (hence the name). This makes it vulnerable, as the cat has a low sensitivity to pain.
  • 12.

    Persian

A Persian makes an affectionate placid pet, but does require daily grooming.
